SALLY RAMAGE 29th October 2014

When I see all these photos it makes me so sad because I didn't have the luck to even have a photo or my baby dressed. The hospital wrapped my lovely stillborn son -with light hair and fair skin- in a hospital sheet and brought him for me to hold for 30 seconds. They did not even wait for my husband to arrive. I was the only one to see the baby and their only comment was that he was a white foetus! I was 32 weeks pregnant and my waters had broken and they decided to stitch me up to stop the birth but soon after the brought me from theatre, labour started- they turned off the baby heart monitor machine and after his birth they said e was dead! The things that have gone on in this country are unbelievable, this was the year 1980 at Canterbury hospital in Kent! I since became a lawyer; nothing much has changed...
